Mtarfa Youth started season 2011-12 in a positive style, winning first seasonal match under their new coach Doda Haruna.
First half Mtarfa and Sirens ended their commitment all square with the
pinks slightly better than their opponents hitting twice the post first by Francesco than by Luca.
Second half a complete 30 minutes show by Mtarfa promising youngsters scoring five consecutive goals. Captain Gary Caruana scored first goal followed by Luca Borg hat trick and another super goal by David Zammit. In all goals Francesco Azzopardi and Mudy made most of the dirty work to give a golden opportunity to all scorers to hit home. Five minutes before end of time Sirens reduced their goal difference margin thanks to goal scored from the penalty spot.
