Mtarfa vs Mdina ended 1-1, All merits goes to Duncan Galea who boosted the team morale after saving a crucial penalty. The match till that time was one nil in favour of the knights after they took an early lead and if they had scored the penalty they could had the opportunity to double their lead.
After Duncan Galea save, Mtarfa were more aggressive, organised and well concentrated and thanks to Warren Grima they equalised five minutes before end of first Half.
Two minutes after Warren Grima saw his shot saved by Mdina defender back few steps before delivered home.
The second half was well balanced with Mdina hitting the cross bar and Mtarfa loosing various opportunity of goals.
