First victory for Mtarfa FC, who played for the first time at home grounds. The intensive training carried out during last week by Angelo Borg left its fruit beating a well organised Ghaxaq 5-1.
Luca Borg scored a hatrick followed by Gary Caruana and Cleaven Mizzi for Mtarfa while Ghaxaq scored from the Penalty spot.
This victory was dedicated by the players, staff and committee to Pink Promotion director - Antoine Azzopardi main Sponsor of Mtarfa Youth on his birthday celebration.
Well done to all players for their great performance and thanks to Mtarfa FC fans who turn up for this match and for their constant support through the ninety minutes . See you all again next Friday for Mtarfa vs Swieqi.
